EMERGENT News November 11, 2024
Hello my fellow Emergent front-liners
In the past 7 days, we may have witnessed what I think may mark a significant shift in the frontlines for UAP/UFO disclosure and public awareness of the phenomenon.
A shock election result, coupled with the announcement of four witnesses at the upcoming Congressional Hearing on UAP disclosure—and indications that this is just the beginning of a series of hearings in both the House and Senate—all combine to create a different landscape for public consideration of the UFO reality as well as the larger event of Contact.

Episode 3 preview: “Revealing the Truth” behind UAPs
This Friday, Richard Dolan will be joining me on the show to share his thoughts on the November 13 Congressional Hearing on UFOs, examining testimony and insights from witnesses Rear Admiral Tim Gallaudet, Luis Elizondo, Michael Gold, and Michael Shellenberger.
I look forward to a great and free-ranging conversation on this and other disclosure-related topics.
Watch live this Friday at 9:00 PM Eastern and join us for Episode 3 of EMERGENT.
Some topics Richard and I will discuss:
- Goals and expectations for the hearing
- Retired rear admiral Tim Gallaudet’s testimony on submerged USO sightings
- Luis Elizondo’s testimony on government secrecy, stronger whistleblower protections, and greater public involvement in unveiling UAP truths
- Michael Gold’s potential testimony on UAP programs and technology transfer attempts
- Michael Shellenberger’s testimony on alleged UAP programs and “Immaculate Constellation”
- Key reactions from congressional members and thoughts on how this hearing might influence future legislation and public sentiment on UAP transparency
- Public and media response to the hearing
- Possible paths forward for disclosure into 2025
Previewing the November 13 UFO Hearing in Congress
Here’s the stated background and goals of the hearing, along with the list of witnesses and a sample of the testimony on hand.
Pre and post-election outlook
It seems the voting attitude pre-election might carry into predictions for this upcoming hearing. Are we likely to see minor-to-zero significant disclosure, or is there a wild card waiting to hit the table?
Looking ahead to Episode 4
I’m expecting that the Congressional UFO Hearing (and Senate Hearings soon to follow), along with the results of the U.S. election, will trigger a new set of necessary and urgent conversations. With that in mind, I’ll be focusing Episode 4 on the past, present, and future of UFO disclosure into 2025 and beyond.
I’ll begin by revisiting the major developments related to UAP disclosure over the past year, including efforts made through the proposed Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena Disclosure Act (UAPDA).
I’ll further explore the motivations behind the government’s evolving stance on disclosure, questioning whether it is driven by public demand, political strategy, or deeper concerns about national security and Non-Human Intelligence (NHI). I will also discuss the challenges and risks associated with disclosure, including world security, adoption of technology of non-Earth origin, and the “crisis of implications” for society at large.
