EMERGENT News December 17, 2024

Dear Emergent Frontliners,

Episode 6 with Mitch Randall just dropped, and I encourage you to watch or rewatch if you joined us live. This episode comes in 2 parts, with Part 2: Citizen Decoding of NHI Intent coming out this Friday.

In this episode, Mitch Randall, a radar expert and founder of the Skywatch Project, joins me to discuss how everyday citizens can track and verify UAP activity and be a part of triggering citizen disclosure of UFOs.

At a time when mysterious craft—described as drones, orbs, or anomalous phenomena—are appearing over sensitive installations, the need for independent citizen verification has never been greater.

In this week’s edition of the EMERGENT newsletter:

The Concept of Citizen Tracking of UAP

For decades, governments have monopolized the tools of detection—radar, advanced sensors, and classified data. This has left citizens in the dark, reliant on official narratives often riddled with ambiguity or silence.

Mitch Randall’s Skywatch Project proposes a radical shift: a decentralized network of citizen-operated radar systems capable of identifying, tracking, and confirming anomalous aerial craft in real time.

  • The Tool: Small, inexpensive, and consumer-ready radar receivers with a 150 km detection radius
  • The Network: A mesh of thousands of citizen units, feeding verified data into a collective repository
  • The Outcome: Real-time detection and a new level of citizen-powered data transparency.

At a time when mysterious drones and other anomalous craft are appearing across the US and worldwide, the need for independent citizen verification has never been greater.

Moreover, we could be tracking these craft now, instead of waiting on governments to tell us what is happening.

What We Covered in Episode 6

1. The New Jersey Drone Wave: A Perfect Case Study

Recent UAP incursions in New Jersey—craft capable of outmaneuvering F-16s and defying radar capabilities—raise pressing questions.

  • 00:05:30 – Government confusion and mixed responses
  • 00:09:45 – Craft emerging from the ocean: witness accounts
  • 00:12:20 – Why citizens need independent verification

2. Passive Radar: A Citizen-Accessible Tech

Mitch Randall explains how passive radar technology offers a breakthrough for citizen detection of non-cooperative aerial objects.

  • 00:15:00 – What is passive radar, and how does it work?
  • 00:18:40 – Unique capability: detecting instantaneous acceleration
  • 00:22:10 – Kinematic tracks: speed, size, and direction

3. Building the Skywatch Network

A bold plan to deploy 10,000 citizen-operated radar systems across the country.

  • 00:27:00 – Consumer-friendly devices and the 150 km detection range
  • 00:31:15 – How real-time networks can map UAP activity
  • 00:34:40 – The app: real-time alerts and synchronized video capture

4. Why This Matters for Disclosure

Skywatch challenges government secrecy and empowers the public with trustworthy, verifiable data.

  • 00:40:05 – Trust, evidence, source: citizens hold the key
  • 00:44:20 – The power of corroborating radar data with visual evidence
  • 00:48:50 – How a citizen-driven network accelerates disclosure

5. Q&A Highlights

Mitch Randall answers key viewer questions about the technology, deployment, and future of the Skywatch Project.

  • 00:52:10 – How fast can Skywatch detect and track UAPs?
  • 00:57:30 – Can the system handle extreme UAP speeds and accelerations?
  • 01:02:25 – What’s the estimated cost for citizens to join the network?

6. The Big Picture: Moving Toward a New Era of Detection

Mitch and Reed discuss the broader implications of citizen-led disclosure in an age of increasing UAP activity.

  • 01:10:00 – How Skywatch complements whistleblower testimonies
  • 01:15:45 – Citizen science and the path to irrefutable confirmation
  • 01:20:30 – The ethical responsibility of tracking the skies

Key Idea: The Disclosure Equation

Disclosure = Trust x Evidence x Source.

With government disclosure, the equation is problematic.

But what if the citizens are the source? What if the evidence is ours? What if trust is inherent?

What are we dealing with here?

Think Deeper: What’s at Stake

While governments deliberate disclosure, a greater question looms:

Is the phenomenon unfolding on our terms or theirs?

Non-human intelligences appear to act without consent, operating in secrecy over military sites, nuclear installations, and now urban centers. Initiatives like Skywatch may be the key way to verify intent and create capabilities for defending human sovereignty as it relates to all human beings—not just national security interests.

Looking Ahead: How to Join the Network

The Skywatch Project can potentially reshape our relationship with the UAP reality. But to succeed, it needs two things:

  1. Citizen Participation: The network will rely on thousands of everyday people stepping forward to become nodes in this new grid of observation.
  2. Support and Awareness: Funding is critical to bringing these systems online. Imagine a future where you, your neighbor, and thousands of others can confirm and respond to what’s in our skies, in real-time, with data made available to everyone.

Final Thought: Our Citizen Responsibility

The era of waiting for disclosure may be coming to an end. Whether through whistleblowers, hearings, or technological breakthroughs, the truth about UAPs will not stay hidden forever. In fact, it may be unfolding right now in the skies above our homes and cities.

We are only a moment away from the unexpected taking place: whether a government confirmation, a day-time mass appearance of UAP, or, who knows, a physical landing. Is Contact taking place before our eyes?

As citizens, we are being called to take ownership of our skies, our data, and ultimately, our response to the phenomenon.

Citizen Disclosure involves people coming forward with what they already know and have experienced, but also what they can know and what they can experience. If we, the citizens, gain insight into what is happening right above us—then we are not only supporting disclosure, we are causing disclosure.

Stay alert, stay grounded, and keep looking up.

With determination,

Reed Summers
